Here’s where we focus on you, and you only. With 1:1 coaching I help you create bespoke digital habits to fit your specific environment, needs, and desires. For instance, I will never tell you to disable all notifications just for the sake of it. You’re not generic, so your solutions shouldn’t be. Instead we will work together to find the change that works best for your specific situation. I will also hold you accountable through your whole transformation.
