Clo S. is the founder of This Too Shall Grow, where as a certified digital wellness coach, she helps people build better relationships with their devices. Her background in tech gives her an astute understanding of how digital platforms' mechanisms can be detrimental to our mental health. Through her writing, readers learn to foster a more balanced digital life, and designers learn how to create mindful products that protect people’s wellbeing. Clo used to be a UX researcher and UX designer. She is also a certified mental health first aider and holds an MSc in Digital Business.
